Hello! We are so excited that you have decided to apply to be a part of O-Team 2022; below are instructions regarding how to complete your application.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL THE INFORMATION IN THIS APPLICATION THOROUGHLY.

There are three (3) parts to the O-team application. For a complete application, you must fill out the online form in its entirety and download and submit the recommendation form. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis with preference given to those who complete the application before October 11th. Incomplete applications can not be considered.

After your application has been reviewed, you may be invited to proceed to the interview portion of the O-team application. The interview stage is a two-step process. First there will be an individual interview, which will be conducted in person or over Zoom if needed. The second step is a group interview, which will be physically distanced in person.
